New, Updated Website with Case Studies
After a three-month spring seasonal hiatus, the posts are back! I know you’ve been missing hearing the exciting updates and thoughts about coalition and organizational strategy, economic policy, and community and economic development.
With this post, I want to invite you to check out Alex Dadok Consulting’s redesigned website. It updates and clarifies how I best help leaders, organizations, and communities.
I like the simplicity of this website and am enthusiastic about the case studies that discuss key work in my portfolio working with organizations. These case studies are structured around a problem that needs to be addressed, the development of a plan to address the problem, gathering people or other resources to create a solution, and the successful outcome of these efforts—whether new efficiencies achieved, new resources, organizational growth, or otherwise.
As you may imagine, dear reader, I did not anticipate all the changes that would happen in our country, especially in organizational realities and economic policy. Suffice it to say it’s been an active time these past three months, and there is much work to be done.
One of the engagements I’ve really been enjoying is working with a Virginia client on thinking about their social enterprise strategy and how to prioritize among revenue generating activities.
Another exciting project is working with a community foundation on their strategy on how to deal with a key infrastructure area: how to think about the problem, how to bring people together, and what should that look like, given the complexity of these kinds of endeavors.
Both of these projects are challenging to think about, and while the answers do not come easily, we are figuring it out. Again, there is a lot of work to be done.
Please enjoy this updated website. The new case studies will be featured from time to time on these posts as well, so you can stay tuned here.
I’m wishing you success and safety in what for many is a challenging time.
